Camping Elevated:
Forget the scramble for hotel rooms. With Camping Elevated, our tents are 100% guaranteed to be set up by 1:00pm on Thursday, April 23rd, reserved and ready until you move in. From the moment you arrive, your space is yours—no hassle, no worries. When the weekend winds down, tents will remain available until 11:00am on Sunday, April 26th.
This is hands-free, stress-free camping—your personal valet experience at Cycle NC!
Hospitality Services:
Our Summit Cycle Solutions team is on-site all weekend to make sure your camping experience is seamless, comfortable, and fun. Stay right by the action—just steps from the festivities—with hospitality perks included. All you need to do is show up, settle in, and enjoy the ride!

Want to use our stress free valet camping services?
Items Included:
- Set Up: Daily set up prior to participant arrival.
- Take Down: Daily tear down upon departure.
- Hospitality Tent: Includes drinks, phone charging, snacks, coffee.
- Tent: 9x7 Coleman Sundome (or similar)
- Air Mattress: Coleman Twin Air Mattress (per occupant)
- Chair: Coleman Quad Chair (per occupant)
- Disposable Bath Towels: One disposable bath towel per occupant, per day.
Items Included in Cycle N.C. Registration:
- Showers: Access to shower trucks on site.
- Bathrooms Access to bathrooms & port-a-johns
Items Not Included:
- Personal Amenities: Linen (sleeping bags, towel, etc.)
- Full Meals: Available for purchase “on own” via the host community.

+ General Question: Why use Summit Cycle Solutions?
Answer: All services are managed through contractual agreements. Without giving away trade secrets, you can rest assured that our team manages all reservations diligently via a contract. We also always have a back up plan...we are in the business of events after all.
+ GENERAL Question: When will S.C.S. start accepting reservations?
Answer: At the time of route annoucment.
+ GENERAL Question: Why does S.C.S. give full week lodging & luggage reservations priority?
Answer: We call it the “domino” effect. The primary issue is that partial week reservations incurred eliminate inventory (for participants seeking full week lodging). Likewise, S.C.S. does give priority to those seeking to use our luggage transfer service.
+ General Question: Can I purchase over the phone?
Answer: Yes! You may schedule a time to speak with an S.C.S. representative on the home page. S.C.S.'s urgent phone line is used during events only. With thousands of reservations, S.C.S. does work to streamline calls.
Warning, Inventory is live on the website. It is S.C.S.'s recommendation that you book online as we typically sell out quickly.
+ General Question: How long do I have to book once I have gained access to the site?
Answer: 15 minutes! With thousands of reservations coming in, S.C.S. does limit the amount of time a customer can "sit" on the inventory, prior to checking out. Thank you for understanding!

+ General Question: Can I cancel my reservation at any time?
Answer: No. Summit Cycle Solutions reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
A Services Protection Plan is available to the customer at the time of purchase (10% Premium / 100% Coverage). If a customer does not purchase a Services Protection Plan he/she shall be bound by the standard terms of the reservation being non-refundable. The Services Protection Plan may not be added to the reservation at a later date. The customer must select "yes" upon checkout to have the plan added. Customers that elect into the Services Protection Plan may cancel reservations (for any reason) up to 21 days prior to the check in date. No refunds shall be allowed after 21 days prior to the check in date. Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card, gift certificate (voucher), or account balance. The plan is for the entirety of the reservation and may not be used on a daily basis.
Summit Cycle Solutions highly recommends purchasing a robust, third party travel insurance policy to cover event expenses outside of our services! Payment in full is required at the time of booking as inventory is live.
In the case of a Force Majeure event, Summit Cycle Solutions shall adjust polices. Adjusted polices may include Insurance Claim Support, Deferral Vouchers, and Partial Refunds based on services rendered. Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card, gift certificate (voucher), or account balance.
In the case of an event cancellation due to event promoter negligence, Summit Cycle Solutions shall issue deferral vouchers to be used at other Summit Cycle Solutions events. The customer herby recognizes that Summit Cycle Solutions is an event logistics, and services company. The customer herby agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold Summit Cycle Solutions, and its contractors harmless.
+ General Question: Are reservations transferable?
Answer: Yes If a participant needs to cancel a reservation, S.C.S. will then offer his/her lodging package for resale. If a resale occurs, S.C.S. will refund the original participant less the 20% cancellation fee.
+ Camping Elevated Question: Can S.C.S. accommodate group lodging requests?
Answer: Yes. We will place group reservations in close proxumity when building Camping Elevated. Please note that **split payments are only available for bookings over the phone. **
+ Camping Elevated Question: Can I purchase partial week reservations/services?
Answer: Full week participants with luggage transport are given priority. S.C.S. will open for partial week bookings at a later date (TBD).
+ CAMPING ELEVATED Question: What is provided as a part of the package?
Answer: S.C.S. will provide a tent, air mattress, and chair based on occupancy. The Camping Elevated venue is guaranteed to be set up for check in by 1pm each day. Additionally, participants receive a dedicated guest service tent with complimentary beverages, phone charging, and games.
+ CAMPING ELEVATED Question: What is NOT provided as a part of the package?
Answer: Sleeping bags and linens are not provided. S.C.S. does not believe in letting customers sleep in previously used sleeping bags.
+ CAMPING ELEVATED Question: Does S.C.S. transport my luggage directly to the tent each day?
Answer: The S.C.S. luggage service is an additional, premium service whereas the luggage is transported directly to your tent. Cycle N.C. does provide two complimentary luggage transports (40 lbs).
+ Bag Transfer Question: What size bag can I have?
Answer: 65 lbs. Maximum weight limits will be enforced. Participants are requested to ensure that they have purchased enough services prior to arrival. One Booking = One Bag Transfer.
+ Bag Transfer Question: Where do I leave bags each day?
Answer: Outside the tent. If its raining please bring the bag to the hospitality tent.
