All services are booked "a la carte.” We believe in choosing your own adventure!

• Transport Services: Summit Cycle Solutions will be providing pre-purchased transportation services ($154 + Tax/Sur) from Jackson, WY (Stilson Lot - 1455 Beckley Park Way), to predetermined parking locations in Logan, UT.

• Included Bus Services: Bike transportation, a bike security corral, reclining seats, adjustable foot rests, on board spacious restrooms, overhead racks, and weatherproof luggage compartments.

• Luggage Services: If desired, Summit Cycle Solutions will transfer luggage & day bags ($55 +Tax/Sur) to / from drop locations in Teton Village, and Jackson, WY.

• Communication Services: All customers receive real time communication services. Customers receive text alerts, onsite customer service, an orientation email, and an active 24/7 urgent matter phone line.

+ General Question: Why use Summit Cycle Solutions?

Answer: All services are managed through contractual agreements. Without giving away trade secrets, you can rest assured that our team manages all reservations diligently via a contract. We also always have a back up plan...we are in the business of events after all. Additionally, S.C.S. coordinates with event organizers to provide operational support (Buses, Luggage Transfers, Communication, Etc.).

+ GENERAL Question: When will S.C.S. start accepting reservations?

Answer: S.C.S. "book now" portals are currently slated to open in alignment with route announcements (May 15, 2024).

+ General Question: Can I purchase over the phone?

Answer: Yes! You may schedule a time to speak with an S.C.S. Representative on the home page. S.C.S.'s urgent phone line is used during events only. With thousands of reservations, S.C.S. does work to streamline calls. Warning Inventory is live on the website. It is S.C.S.'s recommendation that you book online as inventory is "live".

+ General Question: How long do I have to book once I have gained access to the site?

Answer: 15 minutes! With thousands of reservations coming in... S.C.S. does limit the amount of time a customer can "sit" on the inventory prior to checking out. Thank you for understanding!

+ General Question: Can I cancel my reservation at any time?

Answer: No. Summit Cycle Solutions reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

A Services Protection Plan is available to the customer at the time of purchase (10% Premium / 100% Coverage). If a customer does not purchase a Services Protection Plan he/she shall be bound by the standard terms of the reservation being non-refundable. The Services Protection Plan may not be added to the reservation at a later date. The customer must select "yes" upon checkout to have the plan added. Customers that elect into the Services Protection Plan may cancel reservations (for any reason) up to 21 days prior to the check in date. No refunds shall be allowed after 21 days prior to the check in date. Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card, gift certificate (voucher), or account balance. The plan is for the entirety of the reservation and may not be used on a daily basis.

Summit Cycle Solutions highly recommends purchasing a robust, third party travel insurance policy to cover event expenses outside of our services! Payment in full is required at the time of booking as inventory is live.

In the case of a Force Majeure event, Summit Cycle Solutions shall adjust polices. Adjusted polices may include Insurance Claim Support, Deferral Vouchers, and Partial Refunds based on services rendered. Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card, gift certificate (voucher), or account balance.

In the case of an event cancellation due to event promoter negligence, Summit Cycle Solutions shall issue deferral vouchers to be used at other Summit Cycle Solutions events. The customer herby recognizes that Summit Cycle Solutions is an event logistics, and services company. The customer herby agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold Summit Cycle Solutions, and its contractors harmless.

+ BUS Question: Are reservations transferable?

Answer: NO

+ Bus Question: Can I take my bike on the bus?

Answer: Yes. Bikes may be placed under the bus (space dependent) with the use of a "bike box luggage transport". Our team will take the bike box from Logan UT to Jackson WY with approved / advance notice. Please email info@summitcyclesolutions.com for more information.

+ Bus Question: Do buses run on a time schedule?

Answer: YES. Please reference your purchased time. DO NOT BE LATE. Buses leave on time.
